Pallet delivery for heavy / bulky tile orders
Large or heavy tile orders ship on a pallet service. Pallet deliveries are kerbside only. Someone 18+ must be available to receive and sign for the delivery. If re-delivery is needed, extra charges may apply.

How delivery works
Order placed before 11 AM
Orders placed before 11 are usually processed the same working day. You’ll receive confirmation once your order is logged.
We prepare or book courier / pallet
In-stock tiles leave us within one working day. Supplier-held or special items normally dispatch within 1–3 working days.
Delivery or collection
Your tiles arrive by courier or pallet delivery at your door. You can also Click & Collect from our Medway showroom.

Returns / Damages / Missed Delivery
Can I return unused tiles?
Yes – you can return surplus tiles within 21 days of receiving your order.
- Tiles must be unused, in full unopened boxes,
in their original packaging and in resellable condition. - A 25% restocking charge applies.
- Returns must be approved by us first – please contact us before sending anything back.
- You’re responsible for getting the tiles back to our Rochester / Medway warehouse in good condition.
We only credit full, unopened boxes that arrive back undamaged. Individual loose tiles are not refundable.

What if something arrives damaged?
Please check the delivery when it arrives.
If you see any damage to boxes, packaging or tiles:
- Write the damage clearly on the driver’s paperwork (or handheld device) before signing.
Do not sign “good condition” if it’s not. - Take quick photos of the damage and the pallet / box.
- Contact us straight away, or refuse the delivery if it looks badly damaged.
You must report any delivery damage to us within 48 hours.
We can’t accept claims for damage later on if the delivery note was signed as
“received in good condition / unchecked”.
Are special-order / bespoke tiles refundable?
Some products are made to order, imported specially for you, or cut / produced
in specific colours, sizes or patterns.
These special-order / bespoke items are non-returnable and non-refundable
unless they arrive damaged.
If you’re not sure whether your tiles count as special order, please ask before you buy.
We’ll always tell you.
I missed my delivery — what happens?
If nobody is available to receive the delivery, the courier or haulier may need to rearrange.
This can cause delays and there may be a re-delivery charge.
Best practice:
- Make sure someone 18+ is at the property on the agreed day.
- Pallet deliveries are kerbside only – drivers aren’t insured to carry tiles into your home.
- If you need to change the day, tell us as early as possible so we can help avoid extra costs.

We always aim to deliver your order quickly and safely. The delivery times shown on this page are estimates and may vary depending on courier schedules, traffic, weather or other factors beyond our control.
While we work with trusted couriers and hauliers, Decoramic cannot accept responsibility for delays caused by third-party transport issues, mechanical breakdowns, strikes, adverse weather, or if no one is available to receive the goods at the agreed time.
Please check all items carefully upon arrival. Any visible damage should be reported immediately to the driver and to us within 48 hours of delivery. This helps us process replacements quickly and fairly.
