PALLET & COLLECTIONS & COURIER SERVICES

Our deliveries are sent out by couriers or pallet services, depending on the delivery type chosen, location, product type, product weight or the size of the products. All above prices include vat (where applicable).

We deliver nationally and internationally; please contact the team if you can't find a suitable shipping option on our website.

These rates are automatically calculated at the checkout based on your postcode.

Parcel services are based on weights and apply to orders that include tools, accessories, adhesives, and grouts.

All delivery option days are referred to as working days (i.e excluding weekends).


UK – Mainland – these are supplied as cut-outs or as full tiles. Cut-outs are free. The P&P cost is £7.20 for up to 0.75kg, sent in a jiffy bag style packaging via Royal Mal 1st class. If the size or the weight exceeds Royal Mail’s guidelines, they will be sent via couriers (see above courier costs).

International & Other destinations – Price on request


All products to be dispatched by us or to be collected from us will be sent or ready within 1 working day.

Products dispatched directly from our suppliers or manufacturers tend to be dispatched within 1-3 working days.

Sometimes products are out of stock, or they need to be manufactured, on such occasions, we will be in touch to advise the current lead times.

The order cut-off time is 12 PM.

Most deliveries take place between 7 am-6 pm, if required we can pass on the message that the driver calls you 1 hour beforehand.

Please note that you accept all risks & liability when instructing goods to be left in your absence.

If you will not be available at the time of collection, there are several options you can opt-in for rebook collection for a more suitable date, leave the parcel in a secure location, change the collection address or drop the parcel off at the nearest drop-off point. 

If you have missed or refused the delivery, get in touch with us to book a re-delivery before being returned to us and a redelivery charge will apply.

Most courier services offer a tracking service which will be sent directly to your email address.

Pallet deliveries are to the nearest kerbside point and cannot be brought into the house.

Optional upgrades like before noon or Saturday are available at an extra cost.

We provide complimentary cut samples, with a limit of 3 samples per customer. For in-stock samples, we aim to dispatch them within 1 working day through Royal Mail 2nd Class. The non-stock samples are sent directly from our suppliers and their aim is to be dispatched within 1-3 working days. Please allow up to 7 working days for your sample to arrive.


Delivery estimates for your order are based on the delivery service levels provided by the haulier and the couriers but should be treated as a guide only.
We do not accept any liability for delayed deliveries including, but not limited to, those caused by any third party, fire, flood, mechanical breakdown, adverse weather, or the recipient not being available to sign at the time of delivery.

Unused

We have a generous 4-week return policy, which allows you to request a return after you receive your order.

Unused tiles must be: 

  • in full boxes
  • in their original packaging
  • unused and undamaged
  • a restocking charge of 25% applies

All returns must be approved and sent back to our office address. We will only credit for undamaged boxes so ensure that they are well packed, strapped & wrapped. The returns and refunds can take 7 working days to be processed.


Incorrect items & Damages

If any products are found to be damaged during transit, it is important to immediately note the damage at the time of delivery and document it on the delivery note. In such cases, the customer should immediately call us for advice or refuse the delivery. It is the customer's responsibility to thoroughly inspect the products for any damage in the presence of the delivery driver and promptly inform us of any damages within 4 days. Claims for products damaged during transit cannot be accepted if they were signed for as being in good condition or marked as "unchecked". In the event of an incorrect order, it is necessary to notify us within 4 days. We will promptly arrange for the shipment of any necessary replacements.
You need to report any inconsistencies within 48 hours!

Custom-ordered items made or supplied to meet the specific needs of our customers are non-returnable and non-refundable.
