Nothing has changed, you can still visit our shop counters on Medway City Estate, or you can now simply register an account (Trade or Retail) for a convenient way of reserving online.
How it works:
-Simply browse our online store and add items to the shopping cart
-Once you have finished adding items to the cart, go to the checkout screen
– the checkout screen, fill in the required form and select ‘I want to collect’
– we process your order; the store staff will contact you to let you know that your order is ready, or you can monitor the status in your online account
