From local showroom to Kent-wide service. Founded on Medway City Estate, our aim has always been simple: quality tiles, honest advice and friendly service. Over three decades we’ve expanded our ranges and know-how — while staying proudly independent and rooted in the local community. Why Victorian floors are our passion. Yes — request up to 3 free cut samples delivered to your address.
What are your lead times?
For stocked tiles, dispatch is typically 3–5 working days. Bespoke/special orders may take longer; we’ll confirm at checkout.
Can you help with layout and design?
Absolutely — especially for Victorian patterns. We’ll advise on pattern, border, tile sizes, orientation and grout contrast.
What’s your returns policy?
