A service for our regular trade customers as well as for our retail clients.
Nothing has changed; you can still visit our shop counters on Medway City Estate. Alternatively, you can now register an account (Trade or Retail) for a convenient way to reserve online.
How it works:
-Browse our online store and add items to the shopping cart
-Once you have finished adding items to the cart, go to the checkout screen
-On the checkout screen fill in the required form and select ‘I want to collect’
-Once we process your order, the store staff will contact you to let you know that your order is ready, or you can monitor the status in your online account
That is all!

You can order via phone; what we need from you is the following bits of information: your name or company name, your address & delivery address, the product(s) name(s), the quantity required for your project or the correct measurements (if you want us to work it all out for you) and, of course, the fun bit – payment details.
We accept most of the debit & credit cards.
We also accept cheques; please note that the funds must be cleared before we release any materials.
