Unused

We have a generous 30-day return policy, which allows you to request a return after you receive your order.

Unused tiles must be:

  • in full boxes
  • in their original packaging
  • unused and undamaged
  • a restocking charge of 25% applies

All returns must be approved and sent back to our office address. We will only credit for undamaged boxes, so ensure that they are well packed, strapped & wrapped. The returns and refunds can take 7 working days to be processed.


Incorrect items & Damages

If any products are found to be damaged during transit, it is important to immediately note the damage at the time of delivery and document it on the delivery note. In such cases, the customer should immediately call us for advice or refuse the delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to thoroughly inspect the products for any damage in the presence of the delivery driver and promptly inform us of any damages within 4 days. Claims for products damaged during transit cannot be accepted if they were signed for as being in good condition or marked as “unchecked”. In the event of an incorrect order, it is necessary to notify us within 4 days. We will promptly arrange for the shipment of any necessary replacements.
You need to report any inconsistencies within 48 hours!
