Chesterfield with Simple victorian floor tile design

Chesterfield with Simple border is a dover white and black Victorian floor tile design recreated from authentic patterns. It’s made up of 2 colours (Dover White, Black), 2 shapes (octagons, squares) and 2 sizes (151x151x9, 75x75x9mm) and it’s part of the Classic combinations geometric patterns collection.
The octagon dot pattern goes back further than the Victorian era, and you can keep it simple in black and white or add hints of coloured ‘dots’.

The pattern is the same layout as York but the square is bigger (75mm/3”) and placed alongside the longer edges of the octagon and it’s hown here with a Simple border. This Simple border is made up of 2 colours (Black, Dover White), 1 shapes (rectangles) and 2 sizes (305x75x9, 151x24x9mm). Border not included in price.

An important factor when you are choosing a framing border is the width, this is 100mm which we have classified as a narrow border. This is only a suggestion, you can choose another border, mix colours, add other shapes or simply make up your own by combining individual tiles..
