Delivery
- Free UK Mainland delivery on orders over £295.
- We deliver across the UK (including Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland). Courier or pallet delivery depending on weight.
- International delivery is available — contact us with your postcode/country and we’ll quote.
- Typical dispatch: most in-stock items leave us (or are ready to collect) within 1 working day. Supplier items usually dispatch within 1–3 working days.
- Order before 11am and most in-stock items are dispatched the same working day.
- Orders placed after 11am usually dispatch the next working day.

Returns
- 21 days from delivery to return unopened, resaleable full boxes.
- Return carriage is at customer cost (collection quotes available).
- Refunds are processed within 2 working days of inspection.
- If anything arrives damaged/incorrect, tell us within 2 working days with photos and your order number.

Samples & showroom
- Want to see tiles in person? Visit our Kent showroom — compare ranges side-by-side and take home same-day samples.
- Samples: some ranges are available loose or on display boards, and others we can get in on request — not everything on the website is held in store.
- Opening hours: Mon–Fri 07:30–17:00 • Sat 09:00–16:00 • Sun Closed (bank holidays: 10:00–16:00).
